johnf_456, I'm interested in your view of this. What specifically in the rules do you think prevents a poster describing an interaction with a business or organisation, and naming that business! As above, people do it all the time with VTNZ, AA, the Police, NZTA, MTA.pretty long list.

Defamation is a very particular action, and very hard to prove, particularly for a company.

This aint over yet, i got the vehicle back in my workshop and have been over it again with fine tooth comb, i still cant fault. Got LTSA and their boys coming in 2moro. The other workshop still saying got faults and trying to wreck our shops good name. I have told LTSA and their boys if they find 1 fault i will expect them to suspend my WOF authority thats how confident i am. Again i challenged this prick to puthis on the line he refused.
VTNZ had it today they cant fault it either not that their wof are any good lmao. If all going to plan i will Take out a whole page advertisement in local paper explaing what going on and i will name the mongrel then.

What the other prick dont know it was this exact vehicle we used for our workshop wof audit 6 months ago and it passed then and as mechanics we all know these wof audits on vehicles take twice as long as a normal wofs.
