every time I wash my car the next day there are cobwebs around the wing mirrors and wheel arches, anyone have any idea how I can stop this! I have tried flyspray etc

Go out at night and spray them then, be care you have to stalk them. They like to hide in little places.

just use a contact insecticide or train a pet sparrow.

You'll find in in supermarkets. Squirt it on the web and walk away.

This treatment would get rid of your cobwebs

Find a fly or similar and throw it into the web.
As the spider comes out, spray it directly with bug killer.
You want to eliminate the cause, not the symptoms!
Kill spider, no more webs.
