was in repco yesterday and saw they are having a special on falcon cabin filters and just wondering if the commodore has one alsobecause i have never changed it

It will have, if only to prevent dust build up in the heater core. Is the fan air flow weak! if not don't worry bout it.

It won't currently have a filter fitted, just a mesh screen to stop leaves etc getting into the heater fan. You need to remove the screen and retrofit the cabin air filter. depending on the cabin air filter you may not be able to refit the mesh over top

If you actually removed a cabin air filter and saw the amount of crap it stops you breathing in, you might have a different opinion. I replace my falcon one every year, and it is always filthy.

I have, and I don't. My car had a charcoal filter and the air flow was piss weak untill I changed it.
All I'm saying is they provide a dual function, as having dirt/dust build up in a heater core would just be dangerous.
