Jaycar. Buy the parts, make your own. They're just RJ45 connectors aren't they! It's not rocket surgery.

When you have done that ,get some 3M Dual Lock to mountout of sight above the Rear vision mirror(depending on vehicle) and is a permanent mounting solution

It has a plug like a phone line in house maybe diff though

Or are they RJ22 or RJ44! RJ45 is a ethernet type isn't it! I can't remember. Anyway, I'm sure they're a standard plug, whatever it is.

Just check the output voltage of the existing adaptor first. You may need a resistor in series to drop it from 12V.
