That recording is pretty lame.The part where he says to the cop about the cop's language smacks of setup to me - not many 16YOs I know would say such a thing, fewer still would be offended. I'd wager that he did give the cop the two finger salute. I got arrested once, long ago, over a driving thing.(the case was thrown out in court by a district court judge - regardless of how the dicks misbehaved, they had no evidence against me and were very lucky not to get done themselves - I did not press charges for false arrest, as even if I'd won, I'd have made some enemies for life - which is what this young fellow has just achieved).A video of how I was treated by the arresting officers (detectives) would have been much more interesting than that.At that time, I had quite a few mates who were police (uniformed).That didn't help me. Best advice for any young fellow like that is to have as little to do with the police as he possibly can, and when you do have anything to do with them, hopefully it's when you need them - not the other way around.

Sadly I would assume that it could happen and that officer should be appropriately disciplined. That it doesn't happen more often is more the surprise considering the attitude so many have against the police, they are the main barrier against total anachy and yet instead of supporting them they actively hinder them.
