Anyone seen one of these up close and personal! Are they as crap as the price would suggest!

The lower cab is only 330mm deep, and the top box less at 260, makes for very unstable when full. I know, I have one.I have to lean it on the wall or have all casters turned to the back for just that little extra support. A bit of a pain really, and won't take any thing larger than a 19mm R/O/E in the top drawers.
