the guy I tried (not the same one as you have linked to by the way) was remarkably unhelpful.
As best I can quote his words "all we do is take small door dents out of near new cars"
I had no less than three cars in the driveway with various amounts of dents in them, so I asked him "So, can you improve any of these cars, bearing in mind that I have no expectation of fixed, merely improved".
He said no, and we parted ways at that stage.I've never seen anyone less interested in getting his hands on any of my money :)
Some of your link had paint scratches on initial dents and shiny looking new paint on the repairs, so more to it than just the shots shown. Drove rentals for firm in Chch a couple of years ago and the dent men down there did good work on shallow dents.; Deep dents stretch the metal and need to be heat shrunk. Heating causes oxidation , so is a precursor to rust. Its 1/2 a science.

You'd be surprised what an experienced panel (not "penal"!) beater can do with some oil and a hammer etc.

I use two different "ding" men depending on the job. What those guys do is pure art a lot of the time. If pushed into a corner I'd recommend a guy called Mike from Ding Busters. Hes a really nice samoan guy. ALL of the tools he uses are hand crafted for the job. Incidently I can honestly say that in my opinion none of the three sample dents were particularly nasty examples and I'd expect the ding man to be able to fix them with no paint damage. The size of the ding isn't always an indication of the difficulty of removal.
