Nope. not unless they affect the steering or are leaking grease onto the brakes

Theres two components -CV's and CV boots.If the CV boot is badly enough split then it will be a fail due to the grease leaking onto brakes. A very light click is not a wof fail

go to vtnz, they dont road test, thats how awesomely thorough their check is!

so true . i saw them give a nissan terrano a wof . in whangarei . when it drove down the road at 60ks .the back end went in all direction.

WOF testers 'test' cars on the road! It would be a cold day in hell before I let any stranger drive my cars on a public road.
