i have a 3 ton hiab that i use around the farm it now has no power in the slew and i found the gog at the bottom is slipping on the shaft , how do i remove it or i presume it has a keyway
First step would be to give the whole area a massive clean with solvent, then you can see if there are any methods by which the cog is fixed to the shaft.
If there are, remove, then use a puller to remove the cog, recleaning as often as necessary, then you will be able to see the locking-method used.

unusual that it wont slew then if it has Gog
