NO. IMHO $62.10 per hour for labour is very, very reasonable and the time taken is also reasonable.

Fit and balance is $37-10 its on there.
I think its reasonable when you consider the cost of the warrant test would be in that labour cost too

If this is a workshop invoice, who has rent, power, gst, ACC and insurances to pay, the hourly rate is not high enough.
If this is a cash job with an invoice made up on a PC without a spell check, the labour rate is too high.
The time taken is more than reasonable.

Do you expect a free mars bar when you go to the super market too! Why should the bulbs be free! The bill looks to cheap to me I don't know any workshop that could survive on that labour rate and it would seam the wiper refils were free.
