where I work we have to wash our hands (wash, santitise & boot scrub) every time we go from one department to another or one floor to another (pretty much every time we go through a door theres a wash station) & one department requires uniform & hairnet/beard mask (snood) &change before entering.
While working on anything, everything has to be clean & no contamination left after job finished including washing machine surfaces & hands (yet) again

Interesting. Most place's make the operators do the cleaning once the fitters have been through.

that too, the staff come through & sanitise once we're done. & woe betide if they find any bits we've left, they get bagged & sent to the office with location, time & date
