all screws out. thenclips.hasabout 8 clips. at least. you will end up breakingclips.sorry.undo any screwsthen push /pull backwards and forwards. this dosent disengage clips. but loosens them a little bit. then unless you have the correct tool.(never seen one yet!) use a little bit off force. but. as stated. they WILL BREAK.urethane back on or buy new clips!try to be careful.

I agree with ozz except i'd also slide a bog spreader in along the edge of the skirt because likely they also used ds tape
