Removing overspray in Ch Ch

A contractor at work has accidently sprayed white 2pak (I think) painton a few cars at work, his insurance will pay for a buff and polish, is there any place that has free loan cars availiable!
Is this the right way to remove and how do they get it off plastic/rubber trim off your windows etc!
Cheers

his insurance company should handle the whole job. collecting the cars, taking them to an agreed workshop, collecting and returning the repaired cars. they need to inspect to make sure the job is done properly, then when the cars are delivered back to you you must inspect and make sure the work is acceptable.
this is how I would handle it

Hmm this happened to my car today, a roof was being painted next door, however they didn't bother telling us that we needed to move our cars.
I made the guy go over my car with Turps and clean it off, I then did some more at home and will now have to claybar the car and re wax it. annoying when I'd only waxed the car a month ago.
