has anyone here done or is doing atech im doing it at the moment and this is doing my head in. Im doing unit 5783 the answers are pretty much all just common sense but I am having a hard time linking them to parts of the employment relations act etc. So does any one have any good tips or can point me in the right direction on how to do this crap :)
I have no issues finding the appropriate legislations and acts but answering the questions using out-takes from them is a hole new issue. Have you done Atech!

I did A-Tech. I remember having to go to the city council and stuff for that unit standard.

I have done Atech and from memory that paper ended up being about 30 pages long once finished. If you can interpret the legislation correctly there is no need for you to go to the council etc. I was lucky enough to attend a "workshop" that covered all the legislation guff and gave an insight to that particular unit. Get a hold of your MITO rep and ask when the next one is.
How many units have you completed so far or is this your first!

That unit also helped me make some changes within my work place that did not comply. Boss wasn't too happy but in the long run all was brought up to scratch
