Sorry mon could you be more specific. Is it a fresh import from overseas or is it something thats been in NZ a few years. OR is it a locally manufactured machine!

Not sure about a trike, but try at your local compliancing centre who deal with cars. If nothing else, they should be able to point you in the right dirrection.

probably end up having to go through the LVVTA, as would be classed as low volume vehicle

sorry truckman I just don't know. If the trike was factory built you may find the importer has a compliance cert for that vehicle generically. Otherwise you may find it can't be complied or has to be complied as a scratch built. Is it a trike that was sold here for offroad use!
