Assuming its the usual black plastic bumpers, your only real long term options IMO are to paint them (I use K and H bumper paint)or heat gun them.

Heat gunning is easy and brings them right back to factory fresh, just keep it moving and take care on any unsupported parts. You will be able to get into a nice rhythm moving foward at a speed that puts you ahead just as the colour turns nice and evenly.

Why not save up a bit and get them colour coded, will be a dramatic improvement and will make the car look 'cleaner'.

Heat gun

Heat gun technique only works on certain plastics. Mainly the older type rubberised bumpers and moldings that were never manufactured to be painted in the first place. Or lower skirtings on a lot of Euro's.

Your Jeep may be a similar soft plastic, so the heat gun could indeed work. If not, the Wurth rub on dye as mentioned above is good stuff.

That wurth stuff is magic, works awesome
