Idle adjustment

peaceness, Mar 17, 11:40am
Hi hoping for some advice my 1990 toyota corolla has been idling low for a couple of weeks. As from last night it has been cutting out everytime i need to take my foot from the excelerator & it cuts out parked if i don't keep my foot on the excelerator. I did think of adjusting the idle screw, but 1) not really sure what one it is 2) don't really want to make prob worst.

Cheers

If it is fuel injected, the throttle butterfly may need cleaning.

I don't think it is fuel injected

I have platinum plugs that seem to last for ever. And no leads or distributor or or rotor. And eight ignition coils!
