Not when you consider B/B has paid out millions to promote the event,and signed on for 3 years.He probably won't even break even.But in saying that i wouldn't go again,althoughthe track and organisation was excellent i found the whole thing boring.Once they sorted themselves out from the start it became a procession with very little dicing for positions.And where i was sitting it was hard to hear what was happening through the sound system and just who was leading in the points towards the final.Maybe i have been spoilt through the years of watching them as regulars along with the sidecars when they were at the springs.

I enjoyed most of the racing. The Navy brass band was a bit much. The Haka did not look right done by a bunch of people in white Navy uniforms.

I was surprised by the decent footage on poor mans telly - was actually a good looksie.Well done TV3 - rare compliment where as any form of motorsport on poor mans telly is concerned.Much rather b there.$60! Bargain!
