Any ideas on a price for an 81 260c. Body has rust but motor (ld28) ran awesome when was driven. Auto,overdrive power steer and cool mags.has been sitting in a shed for maybe 6 years and have someone interested but no idea what would be worth.

$2000 -$4000 all really depends on how much rust it has in it. They did rust alot.

bit optimistic given the vague description don't you think! Nothing really collectable about a 32yo diesel datsun, I sold 2 complete and running 280z's a couple of years ago for $1000 for both I would deem them more collectable than a 260c

Yes your probably right there, I was thinking of the petrol 260c didnt register the ld28. Those old jappas are very collectible if in good condition.

1500 on a good day assuming it hasn't got a lapsed rego and requires only minor body surgery to get warrantable, if anything, and interior and chromework is ok.
