A very fine line though, if the mortgage broker turns up in a 5 grand import, it doesn't really scream success (rightly or wrongly), tradespeople are a bit different, but it helps if they keep their vehicles tidy and clean, it often reflects how they work, first impressions too.

Its tidy and suits us well.
I don't put out an "image". My customers judge me on my feedback (see my Services listing) and my workmanship and friendliness.

Cost/benefit comes into play. If the old one is unreliable and needing constant work resulting in a cost due to downtime, then sure. Otherwise, no.

As long as the other areas of the business are effectively managed an increase of turnover actually does mean more profit.
