personally been there done that, gave person warnings had meetings etc all written . didnt improve so we sacked person. still went to disbute ,cost us 10 gs but we figured in the end it was worth it as person would have cost us more in mistakes , cock ups etc. if ever going down this track again id go see a lawyer first to get it sorted by the book.

My first though after reading this "was ok at the start" was first he was putting on a show to begin with and is a prat, but then I wonder is he having issues outside home, mother ill/died, wife left him etc and may need counciling more than the kick. Just a thought.
