Need a 9 Seater

Does anyone own one of these. http://hoffmanford.co.nz/used_cars/details/FORD-TRANSIT-TOURNEO-TREND-2.2TDCi-9-SEATER-202234
Thoughts? Is there anything better out there, does anyone know out of experience. Cheers

Looks smart that. This is the totally new style transit so experience with the old ones won't be relevant. Ford of Europe seems to be on a roll lately and it's hard to belive they would make a bad transit IMO.
Like that is has modern safety features and crash worthiness, hate seeing families in adapted work vans with zilch crash protection. Can't think of anything better for you! Google should find you experience and road reports from UK.

Hopefully the reliability and rust issues of the previous models has been sorted. Then again if you only keep it for up to 150,000 km these shouldn't be a problem. Apart from that have to agree with tamarillo above.

Looks like a good way to cart a small army.
If you think you will use it for towing and rough roads then Toyota make a 10 seater Landcruiser wagon too, but it wouldn't be as nice or economical.

I had one of these new Transits on test last year, and was mightily impressed with it- that said, anything would have been an improvement on the old model! Great drive, much better visibility and less bodyroll, lots more kit. Worth a look I'd say.
