G'day you fullas. Family Calais feels like it needs more in the breathing out department. Has the std 2 1/4, with mandrel bends, no cat, my own extractors, M&H muffler with Mercury muffler out back. Just fitted stage 2 memcal. made a nice bit of difference! 3800 Performance website doesn't tell me much, only thier aftermarket systems use 3" single front pipe into 2 1/4 twin rears. Anyone tried different systems on thier VN/VP etc?

I very much doubt a 3" would help much, unless you are over 300hp

I have a set of recon ported heads on the spare car. I didn't notice much after I fitted them.

When you get your engine making the same power as a stock 5.7 V8, please report back here with how much it all cost, and if it's cheaper than trading the car in for a V8 would have been, then MAYBE I'll withdraw and apologise.
