But Frosty was 5th after the safety car, so not sure how he could of been on Lowndes bumper.
Also, the difference in lap times between Lowndes and Reynolds was 1.4 seconds with Whincup in between. There is no way Whincup sand bagged, Lowndes was on another level in the last 20 laps
I did see the cone thing at the time, and was surprised it didn't attract a penalty.
Much like Murph's 5-minute stop-go penalty 8 years or so ago. when, before or since, have you seen a 5-minute stop-go penalty in any form of motorsport?

The reason Loundes didnt get fined for hitting that cone was that THE CONE LANDED PERFECTLY BACK INTO PLACE. Nice driving
