Where is the best place to buy a single one of these? I need 8mm 3/8" drive for the inner CV joints of my Audi.

Powerbuilt type quality would be fine, I dont need super deluxe!

i got it in my tool box just used it on a merc today to remove the drive shaft i would say downtown tools might be able to order it for you or donevans at port road . my one is from europe i think hazet.

bnt do a set for $39 in their big tool sale this month if you have no luck buying a individual one.

make sure the holes are clean and fit em in and then bash them home with a hammer so you dont strip the top of the spline and round it off so you cant undoo the bolts . You will find only one position you get em open do it first and use the brake to lock the shafts in place mark positions where everything was to avoid unwanted fibrations after and retighten to correct torque on reassembly tripple check all bolts after assembly again to be absolute shore.

no idea what they are called, but Ford used to sell them, the head studs on the mk4 and 5 cortina's used them, from memory about $6 each - but take a good look at it before you buy it - I had to buy two in the finish, one had imperfect spacings of the teeth - Ford refused to replace it with one that would work

Yea got 1 of those Mk4 head stud tools here.
Most tool shops have them.
