Made me laugh when I crosses into Northern Territory a few years beck. Big sign. "MAX SPEED IN NT 100KPH UNLESS OTHERWISE SIGNED". 100m down the road a 140kph sign. And yes some open road limits in the middle of the state.

Interesting about school holidays, it was actually first day of new term which was why I was running slightly late as had just dropped grandson at new school, surely $380 would be absurd for 8km over might do some checking, maybe the $190 is double?
Thanks mimik3, boy there are some stiff ones in there. Think I might tape that to the dash next week to curb my enthusiasm.
