To be fair, I'm sure English is Intrade's second language.
If you browse this message board regularly, you'll see Intrade is actually very knowledgeable when it comes to the technical side of the automotive mechanical industry.

LOL. Next door neighbour complained to me about his excessive fuel consumption in his Jeep Cherokee. Every day, roared away at full chat 100m up to the T junction. Stopped, roared off again, flat out.
Binding brakes, low tyre pressures etc., are the easiest things to check without getting all technical or spending money.
I try to drive economically, but every time you stop at a set of lights - especially uphill, you are stuffed. Our fuel consumption is about 40% higher than it could be due to the number of lights around here and the shorter runs. Still works out at 9L/100 overall though - and that includes a fair bit of towing and 6th gear doesn't kick in until you are doing 100kph (at 1700rpm. ).

this is only remotly related poster 1 reminds me of the first few years of tradme the guy named kram used to come in to irc chat from tradme and i remember he had a big pink caddilac and was a bit wierd he seems still alive as i looked him up on members anyone remember him ?

Even my 1977 Mercury Grand Marquis with a 460cui engine did not use that much. City driving!
