It's probably talking on the phone and ignoring customers if it works at Repco. Or looking for a part in the wrong book, or asking who manufactures the Corrolla.

I think you are right. Went in there and only one person on the Parts counter but 3 at the checkout (who weren't doing anything). I waited for 10 minutes (only one person in front of me) and got sick of it so went over to the checkout and suggested if they want to sell anything then you might want to help people at the parts counter. Wrong move, as lost my place in the queue. I should have just walked out and went to Supercheap Auto :-(

If they did move a cashier to the trade counter, your next post would be that the trade person you dealt had no hard parts knowledge.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
