Am i going to far ?

gmphil, Feb 27, 4:43pm
ok I live in small cul-de-sac one side road commercial as in business and other houses
im on commercial side.
business next door doesn't allow employees to park in the car park so the street is fill from 5am till 4 as there have several employees including out front of our place !
we have three units in our drive so customer/ friends can park in drive as blocks in back fella and no parking left on road !
land agent we lease from was here with new owner couple weeks back old one past away and complaint to us the mower man has complaint re us parking front verge and cant mow .
so I reminded her of past conversation and instructed her to send a letter through to them politley explain fair is fair .as if continuous could cause us loss in revenue and hows the lease gonna get paid .
now that was two weeks ago !
it has continued and even found one of there employees park on our grass verge today !
email the land agent ask for copy of letter as I will take next door and ask for explanation ,politely as I can .
but sitting here spewing on it ,ive come up with plan I will buy reg in wof shitter and cover it with there competitors logo. and park out front there place, according to parking enforcement I can leave there for 7 days before having to move re abandon vehicle .
parking enforcement wanted me to do official complaint as there are braking the law it seems and will all get ticket .
now its not the employees fault really and they personal will get the tickets except the muppet who parked on my grass verge .oh incidentally I left note reads uv got a cheek parking here do it again it will be towed . and i backed car trailer up to it pulled wire strop out and left stitting below his bumper lol .
so with the car idea to far ?

Get permission from their competitor before using their logo or you could be in trouble.

Poor english aside, are you sure you are going about this legally because if you are not, you will get into trouble and they will not. Some people play park and swap cars in the city. If I were you I'd be asking a transport engineer to look at it, problems can always be solved peacefully.

Problems don't always have easy or cheap solutions.
e.g car stackers, getting the car parkers on bicycles or segways, m/cs etc

Bulldozing a bigger parking space.

Scoot down to the local council office, find out what parking was required as part of the resource consent for the development.

Talk to the owner as well. Best to find out what is what before doing anything.

At this stage best not try any tricks - find out exactly what s what first.

put a piece of 6x1 under the front tyre and note on the windscreen saying "You'll notice theres no nails in the wood under your tyre this time :) "
