The other day I noticed a woman trying to change a wheel on a Ford XR8. I went and asked her if she needed help - she did and I did. I hate V8s and here I was helping Mrs Dyed-Blonde to get one back on the road. Oh the things Good Samaritans do.

Good on you. Helping makes you feel good doesn't it. Not sure about the V8 XR6 though. I gave a cyclist a ride home after he arsed off and buckled a wheel. Felt good, but my truck still stinks of his BO a week later.

My wife (good driver that she is, partly having lived in Peru for 11 years where there are terrible drivers and terrible roads) will comment positively on a Porsche or similar being driven near us. My question usually is "Would you do it justice?". "No, but well it looks nice. " will come the reply.
