BUT --they say the point of the speed traps is to slow drivers down.-surely the drivers with this app WILL slow down. ACTUALLY -the cops are idiots on this front--they should be saying heck yea ! then adding hundreds of extra police locations

UK speed cameras are not hidden anyway. They even post official warning notices road-side, when the average-speed cameras are not working!
I wonder why the UK road toll statistics are so much better than ours? Scrub that. Deserves a new thread.

so the speed cameras are there so people suposedly dont speed there right? because that is what they claim is why they do the speed camera thing. So now google tells people not to speed there. what exactly is undermining this both systems make you not speed there , only that there is no revenue to be made when you dont speed there. infact googles system is the one who is making things save because you dont actuarly speed there and cause to be a savety risk. as where you speed past these cameras they dont slow you down they just make money untill you remember to slow down maybe next time if you even seen the camera flashing you.

Truckers used to broadcast on the old citizens band radio of cops / speed traps , i wonder what they do now , as I suppose they are all on cell phones only & no broadcast ability . Still, i allways flash the lights at on comming traffic of a speed trap "hazard "

I have installed it. It works fine. Its short of other users right now, but that will change. In fact I know of a half dozen new users already.
