Really? Do you have any thing to back this? Mostly European drivers are far higher skilled than us and easily get around on open roads much much faster than we seem to be able too, on narrow roads too. In town they often negotiate narrow old roads where parked cars make it one lane yet they do so easily and with less accidents than us.

highlights two cases of inattention huh, wonder if the driver also had the amps booming and his hoodie well down over his forehead we see quite a lot of both here already, but no the police here don't advocate awareness, its speed alone that causes it if that ad had been done here it would have ended with the spotlight on the speedo of the car probably showing it to have been doing 51 in a 50k zone

Well the worst Inattention I see on watching it again is from the driver. It's a pedestrian crossing with people standing their waiting.
