mmmmmmmmmm Are the few FORDs from NZST going to run FORD motors or are they going to run Dunny door motors. And they want all the FORD fans to come along and cheeeeeeeer for the fords,Duck me these dick heads from NZST have lost the plot on what a FAN is. Some major sponsors are FORD fans as well had they ever thought of that before they created this Duckin Dunny Door class that has fallen on its arse. FANS FANS FANS keep motor racing alive. HELLO anyone home at NZSTs.oooow yes all the dunny door boys.

Should let them use Merc/Nissan/toyota badges too. That'd be fairer .

As i predicted they will race as they are ,better than 2 lots of half dozen cars lining up & calling it a race . just handicap the cars via weight breaks to get them near even . The ford /holden rivaly re sponsorship doesnt exist , so long as they get TV time .

Nothing wrong with running two classes on one grid. They have been doing it successfully enough for 100 years. At least some of the big egos might have seen a bit of sense - that tiny grids are rubbish racing.

NZST cars will continue to run their shitty Chev crate engines for the rest of this year at least. More's the pity. But making parity between them and the smaller NZV8 engines? That's a huge challenge due to the additional torque of the big Chev. The ghost of Darth Petch continues to infect top level motor racing in New Zealand.
