It's a front fender badge from a triumph bicycle. 90% confident of that but happy to be proved wrong. It just rings a bell from an old bicycle.

Random old listing on ebay said it's 1 of 4 from 1950's.

Hi toyboy, I looked through a whole heap of Triumph bicycle photos from the 1890's through to modern retro stuff, couldn't find that badge of yours. Here is a German bike, the only Triumph I found with one on the fender.

As that is the only image of the badge found by anyone, I reckon it is either a modern copy of a rare optional extra, or maybe a promotional thing produced for a short time.
