How many citroen 2cv's left? Just in case I win lotto? The question is, should I use a bull dozer or a tank?

There aren't many of this model left in the world and even less in NZ. quite a classic and lovely little sports car. Still a reasonable priced car to collect. In a few years the price will soar.

If that's correct, then 20% of New Zealand's entire fleet are currently for sale on Trademe. Somehow I don't think so. PS/ I hope you sell yours soon.

I assume you are referring to the AW11?
EDIT: Just read tgray's post. I say rubbish if you are including SW20's.

If it was a Manual, then i would look at it.

My manual MR2 had serious work done on it by the previous owner and it absolutely ripped. and got ripped off from a public carpark. Thieves stripped out the alarm, immobliser and GPS and just left it. A few days later the cops told me my car had been seen street racing and a few weeks after that the insurance company told me the tow yard had it as it was written off and they were paying me out. Would rather the car had never been taken

I'm going to keep beating the crap out of mine, spent the last few weeks strapping a 3sgte up in the aw11 with the t3/t4 hanging off it.

Probably means AW10's. We had a very early one of those. Only 1500cc single cam. Wife loved it but it wasn't as economical as the 2 litre saloon I was running and it had less power at normal driving speeds, than the 1400cc car that replaced it.
No wonder they soon dropped it and put the 1600cc twin cam in it. Rust was starting to take hold when we sold it.

I bet the Toyota museum is willing to pay $1,000,000 for one, just like would have for a TE45.

I wouldn't be that surprised if there were only that many of the AW11 (original wedge shaped) model left in NZ. I have a supercharged, manual one, which would be even rarer. It's the most fun to drive I've ever had. Totally awesome.
