Yes, almost embarrassed to say I caught myself flicking thru one that had sat in a shop for nine months with out selling.
I had a look at that article, not so sure about his seven ideas, maybe two are not so bad

Cool. Jeremy Clarkson can sue C M-W for stealing the title from Jeremys book.
Rental car companies should put gps tracking systems in cars with g force and roll over sensors and communication devices, Like some other companies are doing in fleet cars.

LOL, +1. We seem to have a high number of angry little "self proclaimed experts" down here in NZ, Nicky Hager springs to mind as another example. (Why do they always look slightly weird?).
If I can just figure out a way to combine fishing with gynaecology I might have to become a self proclaimed expert myself!

Yes, I would agree that he contributed.
In earlier times LTSA/Govt (likely backed by vehicle distributors) opposed the idea of publishing crash test results as they "did not reflect NZ conditions".
Then they had a change of heart after pressure from various sources.
