Do what I do to find tdc on #1 I get someone to bump starter with my finger plugging spark plug hole still I feel compression building, then check timing marks on balancer. Saves being 180 out

i thought i had the timing in right order but the lead to # 7 is too short i havent changed them around only took cap &leads off off , but where does # 1 start from on the cap , balancer has no visable marks on it being EFI. pain trying to find the info on line , anything free is scams for something else or pay $$ for whole manual .

Does this help with orientation? Firing order may be cast on the inlet manifold? This is the 3.5 carburettor not Efi nor the 3.9 but should be the same.
Fixed it dam poms the firing order L R is from seat , all other V8s i had were facing the rad so i was100% out . going now but doesnt want to keep running . Not bad i suppose after sitting for 7 years prev owner spent 6G$ on the donk .40 k ago

Just swap the plug leads round till its sounds right. there's only 64 different combo's which should take less than an hour.
pull number one plug wind to tdc when doing this have rotor cap off lookin which direction rotor spin at tdc where rotor pointing to is number one then place leads in order as above
