You have to feel sorry for the guy. Firstly he gets accused of something that is not possible, then secondly, he gets fined 4 times the value of the vehicle.

Moment of stupidity? yeeea, i'd be pretty sure that wouldn't be the first time he has wound it out.
240kph, and what was his speedo reading? Prob something like 255 or more, if it goes that far.
And had he not got caught he would hav probably bragged his arse off about doing it to anyone who would listen.
Or, it could have been a "moment" of stupidity after all.
