Has anyone seen these yet. I drove our demo to Tga and back last night really impressed with it. Cruising at 100 next to no engine or road noise could be heard. Really impressive handling ride confort and fuel economy

Seen some in dealerships, haven't test driven yet but people and reviewers are all saying it is excellent to drive. Mitsubishi tell me they have worked hard to improve build quality and reliability which was pretty poor in the old model. Not sold on the looks though!

We have a 2013 one. They would have to have improved it because we are not impressed at all. Thankfully it is leased and will go back next year and wont be replaced with the same again. We have had three recalls back to the dealership in this time and it is starting quite a large patch of rust above one of the doors.

Handles as close to car as a vehicle with ladder chassis is going to handle is definitely the most comfortable ute I have driven.

Also very impressive power to weight ratio and power to tow ratio rated at 3.1 but that is fully loaded whereas all others are maximum with only driver and no gear.

Careful Rhys you'll be put into the sales dept before you know it.

They don't ride as nice as a amarok but no one expected them to. The new 2.4 has a much nicer torque curve than the old 2.5. Pulls smoothly right up to the 4000rpm redline and doesn't lurch forward when it kicks into the next gear. Chassis and suspension look the same as the old model but seems to be tuned differently. Rear springs are too soft to carry a decent load. Nicer interior and good supportive seats.
My observations from driving around town and about 15km on the open road.

Also it's very quiet. My first time driving the manual one I stalled it trying to back up and thought it had no torque down low, well I looked down and I'd put it in 6th gear! Not a fan of how you have to push the gear lever down to get reverse though.
