Any screenprinter could make you one. Find out who does the sports uniforms in your area and go see them.

What is the genuine article? A particular maker? Or vintage? Or event?

in the 1970,s most P.R.O offices sold them to tourists passing thru or visiting those areas, need one for vintage special, to advertise it home base!
