Sorry it's a bit blurry but I'm trying to identify as close as possible the Make and Model, and even approximate year of the oncoming car in the right of this photo - Holden?
Many thanks

VU is a ute, that is either a VY or Z, thinking more a Z, probably an SV6 2005-06.

No, you have it all wrong, its not a 300C, its a Commodore.
Hey thanks everyone, so the consensus is a Commodore, that's good enough for me. Yes along Aotea Quay. It was actually the plate that caught my eye, one of those red fashion plates and I'm certain it was 'POSSUM' or a variation on that such as POSSM, PO55UM etc, none of the searches I do on motorweb, carjam etc with all the variations I can think of give me the right vehicle but it will be fairly distinctive, just need to wait till I see it again. :-) Cheers.
Well there you go, possibly the only variation I had not tried - well done. Thanks heaps. For those curious. I was talking to my daughter (hands free) who had just had to have her lovely cat put down, cats name of course "Possum". She inherited the cat from my late Son who we lost in a car accident. On the Friday when she took her to the Vet and was given the sad news she took Possum back home for her last night. As she left the Vet she encountered an early Yellow Mini, same as her brother used to have. Coincidence, perhaps. Then yesterday when talking to her about how it went when she took Possum back to meet her maker, my daughter was quite upset, I catch this oncoming car in the corner of my eye and the Rego plate was just too freaky, right when we were talking about her. Just as if my late Son was letting us know it's all good. Heavenly shades of night are calling.
