Totally depends on what the exact vehicle is & your intended usage Eg: Type of roads/ gravel/tarseal/sand/clay/mud /ice or a mix of all those Weights in or on the vehicle or towed behind Intended speed of travel. Distance Average area temps/ conditions
Does the driver truly know what they are doing in those conditions

I have found Bridgestone 697s good, but some people in my area have been getting much better mileage from Coopers so I am going for them next time.

#3 in addition , how much the driver can afford to pay for the tyres as well.
