What happened when you went to start it after 3 weeks? Did it not turn over or did it start with a noise?

Went to start and maybe tured a tiny bit and went click in da starter

It probably will hit a valve if you have the cambelt off.
Are you sure it wasn't just a flat battery?

So did you try jump starting it? what's to say the battery isn't flat? If you have taken the cam belt of and turned the cam by hand, did you put the belt back on to turn the engine over so the pistons wouldn't hit the valves when you tried to turn it over?

could be any of the 6 pots full of water.
id be removing all injectors soonest and see what one has water.

All the while the cambelt is off the crank isn't going to be able to be continuously rotated, one of the pistons will hit one of the open valves very quickly. What condition is the cambelt in, no teeth missing? Any possibility there is coolant in one of the cylinders, ie its hydraulicking? Take all the glow plugs out and try turning it with the belt refitted, if its ok, and see what happens.

cambelt looks fine, going back a bit tryed to jump start, cant turn crack, seamed to be in cam,but wasnt when i did full revolutions still cant turn any more than45 degrees on crack i get da feeling a valve is stuck down

Well only removing the rocker cover and examining the valve train will confirm that. Another possibility is the cam has fractured due to a siezed bearing but its an unusual thing to happen.
