A loverly sunday is passing and just thinking an recalling(beersies do that) now what is the gruntiest car you have ever had a squirt in. Pure power was a 429/quad downdraft weberd,4 sp man cobra was mine,changing gear from 3rd to 4th,look sideways and the tyresmoke was still there and at a ton an thats grunt.Best handling was a BDA 1800 escort,but that was a ralley car,best point and squirt was a E49 4sp,,blow ya away how bloody fast and correct these drive,just my opinions. What are your,e thorts,.?

The power just melted ya eyeballs,unreal insane grunt in a road car,the pocket rockets are of fast today,this thing would be twice that an mals69 this was instant hard on,wee cars with small blocks are bloody great but getting a kick in the arse with a big block is totally unreal,totally bloody unreal,smokin the tyres from 3rd to 4th,just look out the side, It is just white. Sounz good cob - yep no repacement for displacement - Bigger the Block bigger the ShocK and all that eh . getting some mighty HP out of LS 3's with great torque. 572 chevy be the go or Dodge Viper that is meant to have most racecar like feel - supercharger to the mix - oh yeaaahhh bring it on !

450wKW R32 GTR Skyline on Taupo racetrack. Was being run in so I couldn't beat on it but it was rather quick. Ill be asking for the keys in Feb again and will be giving it more this time.

Mate and his brother use to do performance mods on cars for a living and he said godzilla skyline most wicked he has driven - oddles of torque. Good bang for the buck.

Yep, the RB26Dett under the bonnet has been proven to put out 1000hp easy if you spend enough. The one I drove would be around 700hp at the fly, so once it gets on boost it gets pretty intense pretty quickly. I wont be short shifting next time though.

Don't know how this rates but I took Inky Tulloch's Skyline to Dunedin from Mataura when he sold it to someone in Canada for a drift car. He warned me to take it easy which I did but a Saddle Hill I gave it a little and it was a little squirt, bejeez it took off and I backed off. Quickest acceleration I've ever experienced.

Fastest would be a 996 911 Turbo. didn't 'feel' super fast as it was very smooth.
