no wounder its not a big seller. The tossers who make this crapp say its for a sofiscated palette, its like a flat Double Brown from 1989.

I love a craft beer.

Moa is absolute rubbish. I tried it when it first came out 10 years ago at Allan Scott's vineyard, it was shit then and it still shit now.

Now Renaissance, 8 Wired and Parrot Dog know how to make a tasty beer.

Don't forget Epic and Little Creatures

Edit I thought it was only me that didn't like Moa

+1 for 8 Wired, one of the finest dark beers on the market. (And let's not forget Mikes Brewery in Taranaki.

On the subject of Beer and Cars (a favourite combination) since the introduction of the new booze law I??

Yep, I was given a gift pack of 2 750 ml bottles and 2 glasses, and you are right, cloudy, insipid rubbish. In fact, it has put me off trying other craft beers. If this is a "sophisticated" taste they can keep it.

One has to consider the majority of beer drinkers in NZ still drink cheap mainstream beer that is only palatable if chilled within an inch of it's life.
If a beer cannot be drunk at temperatures above straight out of the fridge then it has flavour issues.
Some drinkers cannot handle anything more than bland though.
Reminds me of Hobgoblin ad
"What's the matter lagerboy! Afraid you might taste something?"
