A video has gone viral of one inconsiderate driver being taught a lesson in Brazil. The man parked in a disabled zone only to return to find his vehicle covered with blue and white post-it notes. His car resembled a giant international disabled sign.
kind of funny. but in the massive amount of time it took to plaster his car they could have had it towed and restored the use of this spot for the disabled.
this way the spot would have been occupied for hours

Its a staged event and a heck of a lot of wasted notes and litter.
Everyone that parks in a disabled park is disabled. Some have the card for the dash, The rest have mental disabilities with empathy for the less fortunate.

At an office I worked - there were two disabled spaces that were always taken by people that 'would only be a minute'
There was a monthly visitor that was truly disabled, and as mean as a junkyard dog.
She would stop behind any car in the disabled spots. get out and check for windscreen cards - and if none she would lock her car, get out, go about her business then sit in a balcony in the public area for half an hour or so watching drivers trying to extricate their trapped cars.
She would hobble out ( real) get in her car and drive off. Anyone that tried to remonstrate with her received only one warning, if that was not effective she would then yell and scream until other members of the public came to see what the fuss was all about, she would then claim that the other driver was about to attack her.
Sadly she died, but she taught more than a few to respect disabled parking spaces. :) .

Disabled parking I agree with, they are needed. And personally id like see all those stupid "parent parks" converted to disabled or elderly parks.
