Busy building up that replacement mower & a stepson has named it a "Frankinmower"
Old small body / big late model motor & assorted bits that fit from other models. .(Briggs & Stratton motor /Masport body + bag catcher & bit's from different Masport/Morrison models). Had to trip 5mm off the ends of the blade to make it fit the smaller body & it balanced up nicely without having to touch it anymore.

clever mate who modifies damn near everything [it's his job anyway] built the briggs gokart from hell about 10 year ago. Methanol & watercooling plus think it still had the alloy conrod. [probably not for long lol] Made or modified the cam & all the usual stuff. Only saw it running once around an industrial area literally howling the tires sideways, pretty much what drifting is today. Sounded good too. By memory it had issues & got parked in the end--[that was fun & point proven, now back to work]. To 'Mechnificent' above--yes i have a stock "83 YZ490K, still an arm stretcher at 30+ years old. Thanks.
