My brother had a Corolla that was a rusty, unreliable piece of crap. Can happen to any make if neglected.

Owned one and great car. Not too bad for reliability buy if its not been serviced and as its an auto, I'd walk the other way towards a common as dirt corolla or Sentra/Pulsar.
