Do you pay a sucess fee on a classified?

First time ive used a classified listing. Do you pay a success fee? I see theres no withdrawal fee.

Jolly good, just they ask how much you sold the item for. Made me wonder.

Also have a think about how Trade Me would know if you have sold it or not, person phones or emails you. Comes and views. Likes it, hands over cash, you pull the listing or just let it lapse. At what point does Trade Me become aware of any transaction?

Strange.

The cheeky way to do it is list as an auction. Have someone come and view, they buy, you make the reserve $100k and change the end time to 2am the next morning.

Yea thought about all that but do you think I can find the listing details terms and conditions etc, found the price to do auction or classified but cant find bugger all else, im sure its all here somewhere lol.

Theres a "bottom of the page" lol. Found it. No need to look now anyway but handy for future reference. I see once you hit next etc while withdrawing it says, no fees, so all good.

Well i did that yesterday from a clssified , lots of interest but i went there with fistfull of cash & did the deal . TM already have their fees from the seller & there is no feedback .
