$80 for a wheel alignment and it looks like they havent changed anything other than the front toe and all of the values are at 0.0 which seems strange to me. maybe someone with some knowledge could tell me what im looking at. TIA
looks about right. 0 deg is half way between the specifications of -1.6mm and +1.6mm

There isn't anything to be concerned about there, there is nothing else out of spec far enough to justify adjusting.

Looks like it definitely needed a wheel alignment going by the before settings of the front and rear toe. Everything else looks close enough or within spec.

if you get an alignment one day then get it done the next day even though its just been done, they are still in their right to charge you both times even though they did not need to adjust anything on the second time.

Your rear toe has been adjusted as well.
The 0.0 on the fronts means that they are pointed straight ahead. Negative values mean the wheels are pointing outwards and positive values mean the wheels are pointing inwards. Your rear wheels are toed in for stability.
The other values on the sheet are not generally adjustable.
